We rented a F812SF from Gianluca in October ‘23, and I highly recommend the experience. The company was extremely professional, both during the reservation process months before, and during delivery in northern Italy to our location in a small town. Gianluca helped us get the car of our dreams to drive the tuscan countryside on our honeymoon. Communication was fantastic. The drop off and pick up process was effortless. We had no issues, but it was comforting to know if we did, Gianluca was there to help. He answered all of my questions and was very accommodating for our long distance rental. We had a blast with the black Ferrari Roma from Italian Luxury Car Hire Group during our honeymoon in Italy. Gianluca dropped it off in Florence, and we drove it around Tuscany (San Gimignano, Sienna, Val d'Orcia). Gianluca was great with facilitating the drop-off. The car looked wonderful, and he was polishing it when we arrived at the pick up point. We looked around the car together and he pointed out all existing damage. We left and had fun for 2 days. He was right on time for the return, we looked together and agreed the car had no damage, and we quickly got our deposit back.
